With an Associate’s degrees in both Applied Science and Arts, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership, Chef Mel is well-poised to help you achieve success in your business, hospitality, dinner party and/or culinary arts.
As an Associate Professor/Chef Instructor, Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage at The Hotel at Kirkwood, Chef Mel has flourished in all areas of hospitality management.
